Community Center Contract Discussion

The section is for the discussion and creation of a contract for the Gregory Community Center. The purpose is to create a contract that will provide the guidelines and protection of both the renters as well as the City of Gregory. In this section are a sample of a contraction submitted by Councilwoman Sanez-Arrevalo as well as suggestions submitted by Councilman Boyes. There is also a Request for Security Drafted by Chief Cardenas. Please review and make your suggestions in the discussions below.

Do we know what the capacity is for the two sides of the community center? How many tables and chairs?
square footage of half the area and the two sides together?

Angela the room is approximately 2100 sq feet. We have 4 classroom tables, 20-60 in rounds and approximately 2100 sq feet.
